Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains when ComicBuild("ComicBuild") may provide refunds or credits for paid programs. It supplements your purchase confirmation and our Terms & conditions. We aim to be fair and explicit so you know what to expect before enrolling.
1. Digital education products
Most ComicBuild offerings are digital educational services with immediate or scheduled access to materials. Because content delivery begins once access is granted, refund eligibility depends on how much of the program you have consumed and how much time has passed since purchase.
2. Standard refund window
If you purchased directly from ComicBuild and have not completed more than twenty percent (20%) of the released core modules for your cohort (measured by lesson milestones marked complete in our learning system), you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original payment date. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval, subject to banking timelines.
3. Partial refunds and credits
If you experience technical failures on our side that prevent meaningful access for seven (7) or more consecutive days, you may request a pro rated credit toward a future cohort or, where a credit is not practical, a partial refund calculated based on the portion of the program you could not access. Documentation may be requested (for example, error screenshots or support ticket references).
4. Non refundable situations
Generally, refunds are not available when:
- the fourteen day window has expired and you have progressed beyond the 20% milestone;
- you violated our acceptable use or academic integrity rules, resulting in removal;
- you purchased through a third party reseller subject to that party's policy; or
- you received a certificate, license, or downloadable asset bundle explicitly marked as non refundable at checkout.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may limit future enrollment until the dispute is resolved.
5. Cohort transfers
If life circumstances prevent you from continuing, you may request a one-time transfer to a later cohort starting within six (6) months, subject to seat availability. Transfers are not guaranteed during sold out periods. A documented medical emergency or mandatory military service may qualify for additional flexibility—email documentation to help@comicbuild.online and we will review case by case.
6. Enterprise or custom invoices
Corporate packages, private workshops, or custom statements of work follow the cancellation clauses in the signed order form. If no clause exists, the standard 14 day / 20% rule in section 2 applies from the invoice payment date unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. How to request a refund
Email help@comicbuild.onlinewith the subject line "Refund request," your full name, purchase email, order or receipt ID, and a brief explanation. We confirm receipt within two (2) business days and decide within ten (10) business days unless additional verification is needed.
You may also use the form on our Contact us page. Phone support can clarify policy but refund requests must be documented in writing.
8. Currency and fees
Refunds are issued in the currency charged at checkout. Foreign exchange differences or bank fees beyond our control may cause the credited amount to differ slightly on your statement. Third party payment fees that are non recoverable may be deducted only where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to clarify procedures or comply with law. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Purchases made before an update are governed by the policy version linked in your receipt where required by applicable consumer laws.
